Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

All Sales are Final regarding Subscription plans.  You may cancel them at any time, and they will not renew for the month/semi-annual/annual plan. 

Merchandise Stores

All sales are final.  If the product arrived damaged, please contact me, and I'll reach out to my providers to see if they will accommodate a refund or reshipment. This is not guaranteed per their policy and must be done within 30 days. 

Books sold directly and for Autographs

All Sales are Final. However, if you experience a problem with the epub/audio delivery, contact me.  If you didn't receive your paperback, it must not show as "delivered" on the postal office site from the tracking number. If not, contact me and I will try to accommodate.
